What a wonderful season we had – crazy busy everywhere we went – amazing response to our business and products – ice coffee was a tremendous hit – as was the cider we recently added for the colder season… I wonder though – could it be time for a cafe? a roasting house? I can’t imaging being a roaster and not showing up at a coffee location without my equipment – they are an integral part of my setup… makes it very hard to set up in an everyday location. Sooooo…. keep your eyes peeled for me – or let me know if you hear of something… I would love an old church – or school – something with age and character – I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves – in fact – I would prefer a historic building… with great mouldings, and a porch… a place to call home… and a destination for my loyal clientelle… that isn’t a sterile box….
